What is Internet Banking including Mobile App?
The Internet Banking including Mobile App of ICBC Amsterdam gives you 24 hours, 7 days per week access to your bank account and our banking services through Internet whether it is a computer, mobile phone or a tablet.
 
For who?
Internet Banking is available for customers of 18 years and older. Customers of ICBC Amsterdam who already have access to Internet Banking, can automatically make use off the Mobile App of ICBC Amsterdam.

Conditions and product information
On all our retail products the Terms and Conditions Retail Customers are applicable. In this terms and conditions the Internet Banking Conditions give special attention to this product.

How fast will my fund be transferred?
-- Payments to another ICBC Amsterdam Account will be executed immediately.
-- Payments to a non- ICBC Amsterdam account within SEPA before 1 PM will be executed the same day. After 1 PM: latest the first following business day.
-- Payments to a non-ICBC Amsterdam account outside SEPA will be executed within 2-3 business days.

How can I apply for Internet Banking (including Mobile App)?
New customers
1.If you apply for the ICBC E-Package or the ICBC E-Plus Package at our counter, the Internet Banking is automatically included in the package. If you are a new customer and bring this together with the required documents to our counter in Amsterdam.

How to install the ICBC Mobile App?

  Android IOS (Starting from 05-01-2017)
ICBC Direct customers

Go to Play store and click on Update. (You can only update through the Play store).

You may experience a new ‘look and feel’ however the functionalities remain as you are used.

Customers who already have the ICBC Amsterdam Branch ICBC Mobile App (non ICBC Direct Customers) 1. Delete the old mobile app
2. Go to Play store and search for “ICBC Direct”
3. Install the ICBC Direct App
4. Choose region “Amsterdam Branch and your preferred language (English or Chinese)
