What are the ICBC Packages?
ICBC (Europe) S.A. Amsterdam Branch (hereinafter: ICBC Amsterdam) offers 4 packages:

1.ICBC Direct: Mobile APP saving with a fixed counter account
- Payment account (EUR) with a fixed counter account
- Multi Currency Saving and Deposit Account (EUR|RMB)
- Mobile App

2.ICBC Online Saving Package
- Payment account (EUR) with a fixed counter account
- Multi Currency Saving and Deposit Account (EUR|USD|RMB)
- Internet Banking and Mobile App

3.ICBC E- Package
- Multi Currency account (EUR|USD|RMB):
  - Payment account
  - Saving and deposit account
  -Internet Banking and Mobile App

Optional:
ICBC MasterCard Credit Card

4.ICBC E- plus Package
- ICBC E-Package
- ICBC UnionPay and/or Maestro Debit Card

Optional:
ICBC MasterCard Credit Card

For who?
The packages are suitable for everybody who is interested in one or more services and products of ICBC Amsterdam.

The ICBC Direct and ICBC Online Saving Package are suitable for customers who want to save in EUR or in another currency, such as USD and RMB with a fixed counter account and through (mobile) Internet Banking. The ICBC E–Package is suitable for customers who wants to save and against a relatively small fee in addition want to perform several basic account and payment functions in EUR, USD and RMB through (mobile) Internet Banking and who can apply optionally for the ICBC MasterCard Credit Card, with the benefit of a deferred payment term, for (online) payments in Europe and the rest of the world.

The ICBC E-Plus Package is suitable for customers who want to use more additional services as cash withdrawals; payments in shops, restaurants by Debit Card(s) in Europe and the rest of the World and who can optionally apply for the ICBC MasterCard Credit Card with the benefit of a deferred payment term for (online) payments in Europe and the rest of the world.

How to apply:
Before we can provide you any service, according to Dutch law, we have to identify you.

1.ICBC Direct: Mobile App Saving with a fixed counter account
Please visit our webpage ICBC Direct for more information. It is only possible to apply for the ICBC Direct with your mobile phone.

2.Online Saving Package: Click here if you want to apply for the Online Saving Package

Please visit our Online Saving Package for more detailed information. After your Online Saving Package has approved and activated, you need to start the procedure to apply for a fully functioning payment account inside your Internet Banking environment. You will receive a code, please bring this code to ICBC Amsterdam to change the status of the Online Saving package.

Attention for ICBC customers who already opened the online saving package

If you already have opened the ICBC Online Saving Package with fixed counter account, you need to start the procedure to apply for a fully functioning payment account inside your Internet Banking environment. After the request is processed you still need to remove the fixed counter account, and collect your Dynamic Code Card to authorize payments to any other account. To prevent fraud you can only do this in person at our counter.

3.ICBC E-package and ICBC E-plus package: for these packages it is required to visit our branch in person. When you visit the branch , please do not forget to bring the following documents with you:

• A valid (EU) ID Card, Passport and/ or (NL) Permit to stay. All must be valid for at least 90 days.
• Your BSN Number (sofi number)
• A recent (max. 1 month) proof of residence, a recent banking statement, tax letter, or a letter from your municipality.
• A recent (max. 1 month) proof of income.
• Any CRS related documents

3.ICBC Chinese Overseas Student Package:
Chinese Overseas students who are already in the Netherlands: the procedure is similar to the ICBC E-package and ICBC E-plus package. Next to the required documents, you also need to bring your student card with you

4.ICBC Chinese Overseas Student Package:
Chinese Overseas students who are already in the Netherlands: the procedure is similar to the ICBC E-package and ICBC E-plus package. Next to the required documents, you also need email your student card to us.
