Notice as of 1-1-2024.
The Consumers’ Association has announced that the legal level of consumer protection is now so high that agreements with sector organisations in two-sided (= approved by the Consumers’ Association) general terms and conditions are no longer necessary. That is why the Consumers’ Association has terminated its connectedness to all two-sided general terms and conditions as of 1 January 2024. As of this date, the Consumers’ organisation is no longer engaged in these terms and conditions. This applies not only to this ABV, but to all approximately sixty two-sided general terms and conditions agreed with sector organisations.
