Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that the terms and conditions for Corporate Customers of ICBC (Europe) S.A. Amsterdam Branch have been updated. An update was needed to comply with new laws and regulations. The main changes are concerning the Payment Service Directive (PSD 2) and new requirements for the strong customer authentication.
The new conditions will be effective as from 14 September 2019. If you do not accept the relevant new Conditions, you should inform the Bank in writing before 14 September 2019. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the business relationship in case of the Customer’s objection to the new Conditions.
